Police were forced to intervene between warring nudists during a stoush at a clothing-optional resort in north Queensland.
A tourist claims he was evicted from the adults only The White Cockatoo resort in Mossman, near Port Douglas, after he refused to bare all in front of three women.
John Harrison and his wife, Lyn, had their stay cut short after resort owner Tony Fox accused the couple of being "disrespectful" to other guests because Mr Harrison chose not to get naked ahead of a dinner date.
Police were called amid threats of violence and lewd behaviour to escort the Gold Coast couple from the resort on Tuesday night.
The nudist-friendly resort is hosting a month-long swingers' romp in a bid to boost business.
The 57-year-old business consultant told brisbanetimes.com.au he was having a conversation with Mr Fox and three nude women, when he was bailed up over his "dress sense".
"Fox turned to me out of the blue and said, 'Why are you dressed?'" Mr Harrison said.
"He then said, 'Well I think you're being disrespectful to these women [by] being dressed.'"
He claims he was then called a "d---head".
Within the hour, Mr Fox had evicted the couple.
Mr Fox, who spoke to brisbanetimes.com.au this morning, said Mr Harrison was thrown out after he confronted him violently.
"He threatened to bash me ... and only then did I order him off the premises," Mr Fox said.
The resort owner of seven years said Mr Harrison had behaved in a "lecherous manner" towards the women.
"I only asked him to show a bit of respect," Mr Fox said.
"The fact that he was dressed was only part of the picture.
"It was not the appropriate situation or circumstance for him to be fully dressed standing there with those ladies when they were so obviously upset about the fact that he was there."
Mr Fox said the resort - which uses the marketing slogan "almost anything goes" - banned only cameras and illegal drugs.
Mr Harrison has denied his behaviour was offensive.

Mr Fox said apart from some religious leaders, the event had not met any opposition.
“Most people understand that with this level of business, they’ll get a slice of the pie,” he said.
“This is a half-million-dollar month for the town.
“The reality is, we’ve come up against zero opposition.”
Port Douglas Daintree Tourism executive officer Doug Ryan said the White Cockatoo’s promotion would help the industry during a soft season.
“If it’s legal and it works, do it,” he said.
“If you asked me if it’s detrimental to tourism, I’d say no.
“We are in tough times.
“They’ve found a niche market that suits their property - so good on them.”
Mr Fox said 24-hour security and surveillance cameras at the resort protected guests from the prying eyes of the public.
He said the Adults Only party would be extended to three months next year if it was successful.

Christian Arthur Richards, 54, was arrested along with his Thai wife and 22 others – 16 foreigners and six Thais.
Police said that Richards had advertised the "swinging" parties on his website and then charged the couples 3,000 baht (£60) to participate.
The tourist police commander heading the inquiry, Col Archayon Kraithong, said that Richards had been charged with procuring sex and placing commercial sex advertising.
"He is under interrogation, but has been charged with procurement and commercial sex advertisements, which could land him 10 years in jail and a fine of up to 20,000 baht," Col Archayon said.
The 22 participants – from France, Australia, the US, China, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Thailand – were all released after paying fines of 1,000 baht each.
Police raided the two-star Elizabeth Hotel in the Chatuchak area of the Thai capital minutes after midnight, bursting into room 1101.
In the £25-a-night room they found 13 foreign men with three foreign women and seven Thai females. Col Archayon said none of the women were prostitutes.
When the officers entered the 11th floor room they discovered several couples having sex, while the rest of those at the party were drinking and dancing.
Police also discovered condoms, lubricant gels, pornographic books and DVDs and 30 Viagra pills.
Richards and his Thai wife are alleged to have organised more than 100 parties in Bangkok and the beach resort town of Pattaya over the past three years.
Prostitution is illegal in Thailand, but the kingdom has a reputation for sleaze and sex tourism. Go-go bars with explicit sex shows form the backdrop for an industry that employs hundreds of thousands of Thai prostitutes.
Last year another British man, Byron Craig, 57, was arrested for running what was said to be a "swingers" sex resort in the northern Thai city of Ubon Thani.
But the Caroline resort seems to have been a front for a brothel were clients paid for sex with young Thai women and cross-dressing "ladyboys".

WINDSOR LOCKS - A photographer who police say took pictures of sex acts during a "swingers' night" at the Beverly Hills Suites bar last month was arrested today.David Shadowfax, 49, of 14 Squires Road in Madison was charged with criminal liability to commit obscenity and criminal liability to commit public indecency, Capt. Chester DeGray said.
Also arrested was Shadowfax's assistant - his wife. Tania Shadowfax, 37, of the same address was arrested on the same charges, he said.
Both turned themselves in at about 6 a.m. and were scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Enfield later in the day, DeGray said.
The arrests followed a November visit by undercover town police and state liquor control agents. They found some of the swingers engaging in oral sex and intercourse in the bar, and a photographer taking pictures, the arrest warrant states.
Also arrested was Nicholas Maulucci, the event's organizer; his wife, Lisette Maulucci; Sharok Jacobi, the owner of the Beverly Hills Suites and Brian B. True, the licensed permittee of the bar, Club 91.
DeGray said he doesn't expect any more arrests.
